We ship across the United States

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship. We ship Monday - Friday only, excluding holidays. If you have not received notification that your item as shipped after 5 business days, please contact us at support@holliemichele.com

Can I rush my order?

We are unable to offer any rush shipping at this time.

Where is my tracking information?

Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Do Wholesale or bulk items qualify for free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping on wholesale or bulk items.

What is your return + exchange policy?

We meticulously inspect all of our products before they are shipped out of our studio. We do not accept returns for candles that have been used. We will replace items that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of the damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If you have received the wrong product or are missing product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered for resolution.

We do accept returns for unused products for store credit, less shipping and handling within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return and shipping charges. Please contact us at support@holliemichele.com for further inquiry.
